I finally pulled the trigger and so far have been happy with the purchase. I'm 6'1" and 215lbs and watched a number of review videos before deciding on the Zody. Unable to try in person, I was worried it might not be what I wanted but I decided to get the perch mode and lumbar support. I have a standing desk but am not sure yet how I feel about the new mode. Regardless I love the height adjustment because my previous chair didn't go as high as I wanted resulting in leg and back pains. Arm rests are comfortable, as is the backrest. Love the colors and design of the "Water" color, just hope it doesn't get too dirty over the years. On minor complaint is on the arm rest adjustments, most options take a little force to adjust except for the forward and backward. As I move my chair and try to get up, I often accidentally push the arm rests back which is a minor inconvenience. I may also eventually swap the wheels to rollerblade wheels. This was also the first time getting a chair shipped pre-built. It was easy to get out and into the house (no damage at all) but was on our front steps for a little while and partially getting wet from the rain. I was home at the time but delivery didn't even ring the doorbell. Hopefully the chair lasts me many years.
