Great but expensive replacement

They fit great. Easy to install, took less than 5 minutes. Very expensive for replacement parts for a 9 year old chair. $120.00 for 2 arm pads.

Excellent Replacement but ...

OEM replacement arms, perfect as described and fits. Way too expensive on top of a covering failure (multiple areas of cracking / splitting) at only 12 years of age. Failure prone material covering in the original chair shouldn't happen in a premium price office chair.
