I was so surprised and delighted that in less than 5 minutes I found and ordered new arm rests for my chair. A great chair that I spend so much time in was simply renewed.
I know someone else who bought a used Haworth chair ($800?) for less than $100 and I told him how he can easily get arm rests or other bits to keep the chair going for another 5 years.
